于2026年5月19日(交易时段后)，本公司的全资附属公司Phancy International就大模型应用程式界面(API)服务事项与欢喜传媒订立大模型API服务框架协议，据此Phancy International 向欢喜传媒提供各项大模型API服务，总价为2000万美元(按1.00美元兑港币7.85元的汇率换算，相当于约港币1.57亿元，服务费)，按欢喜传媒及其附属公司应用AI于影视制作时所消耗Token量计费，协议有效期为两年。欢喜传媒将在收到本集团的付款通知书之日起五个工作日向Phancy International指定主体预付该等服务费。
