路透多伦多5月21日 - 纳斯达克上市公司格陵兰矿业（Greenland Mines）周四表示，将以3500万美元的现金加股票交易方式，收购加拿大矿业公司Neo Performance位于格陵兰岛的未开发的钕 (Nd) 和镨 (Pr) 矿场。
此次收购尚需获得格陵兰政府批准。
格陵兰矿业公司将向Neo支付2000万美元现金，并以格陵兰矿业公司普通股支付1500万美元。
Neo Performance 将获得一份承购协议，可加工未来矿石或精矿产量的最高 60%。
格陵兰矿业公司总裁斯坦斯高（Bo Møller Stensgaard）周四告诉路透，格陵兰矿业公司计划将该项目作为其在该地区其他稀土项目的补充，并打造一条北大西洋关键矿产走廊。
