近期，小米在一周内接连遭遇两起专利诉讼，分别来自插座行业龙头公牛集团与家电巨头奥克斯空调，案件均由杭州市中级人民法院受理并于2026年5月下旬开庭。
天眼查信息显示，5月中旬，小米接连卷入两起重磅专利官司。5月15日，公牛集团起诉小米及旗下生态链企业，直指米家插座产品涉嫌侵犯插座安全结构相关专利，案件于5月21日、22日开庭审理；随后，奥克斯也向法院提起诉讼称，小米多款家用空调涉嫌侵犯其节能、风道设计等核心技术专利，该案定在5月25日开庭。
《经济参考报》记者注意到，除了近期两起纠纷，过往数年里，小米在家电赛道扩张途中，早已频繁遭遇与同行的专利攻防战。面对密集的专利诉讼，小米并非一味被动应诉，也曾主动向国家知识产权局提出专利无效宣告申请。
业内专家认为随着家电行业进入存量竞争阶段，市场竞争早已脱离单纯价格比拼，技术专利较量成为各大品牌角逐市场的核心方式。
