智通财经APP讯，香港电讯-SS(06823)发布公告，公司与托管人-经理的独立非执行董事 Sunil Varma先生，退任为公司与托管人-经理的董事，于2026年5月21日举行的股份合订单位持有人的周年大会结束起生效。在其退任后，Sunil Varma先生同时不再出任托管人-经理董事会及公司董事会辖下审核委员会的主席，以及公司董事会辖下提名委员会、薪酬委员会及监管事务委员会的成员。
吴伟伦先生获委任为托管人-经理董事会及公司董事会辖下审核委员会的主席，于 2026 年 5 月 21 日举行的周年大会结束起生效。此外，黄惠君女士获委任为公司董事会辖下提名委员会的成员，于 2026 年 5 月 21 日举行的周年大会结束起生效。吴先生及黄女士均为公司与托管人-经理的现任独立非执行董事。
