智通财经APP讯，中国数智科技(01796)发布公告，就有关公司拟计划聚焦Open Claw新一代开放式智能夹持执行器领域开展新业务的相关事宜。经考虑自刊发该公告以来，本公司股价近期大幅下跌，本公司在筹集足够资金以落实新业务而进行的集资活动方面存在不确定性;本公司董事会于2026年5月21日决议，本公司将不会继续开展拟议的新业务，并将取消已批准的5亿港元的投资预算(终止新业务)。
本公司尚未就新业务而言订立任何具法律约束力的协议，且自刊发该公告且直至本公告日期期间，尚未就新业务投资任何金额。本公司认为终止新业务将不会对其财务状况及现有营运造成任何重大影响。
