消息面上，公司宣布旗下 Polaris Forge 3 AI 园区签署 15 年 “照付不议” 租赁协议，合作方为投资级超大规模数据中心运营商，与 Delta Forge 1 园区客户一致。
该协议基础合同收入达 75 亿美元，若行使全部可选条款，总收入最高可至 182 亿美元。新园区为第四座 AI 工厂，将提供 300 兆瓦关键 IT 负载，适配大规模 AI 训练与推理需求Applied Digital Corporation。
此次签约后，Applied Digital 四大园区合同租赁收入总额升至 310 亿美元，全口径潜在规模达 73 亿美元Applied Digital Corporation。增长源于 AI 驱动的算力需求爆发，公司持续扩张高等级数据中心产能。
