智通财经APP讯，鹰美(02368)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2026年3月31日止年度(报告年度)所取得的本公司拥有人应占溢利将较去年的本公司拥有人应占溢利2.17亿港元大幅下降不多于30%。
根据本公司目前可获得的资料，董事会认为本公司拥有人应占溢利预期大幅减少乃由于报告年度下半年本集团业绩显着下滑的直接结果，主要归因于：(i)由于报告年度第一季度美国政府对本集团设有生产基地的若干东南亚国家实施关税政策产生的深层影响导致生产成本上升，令销售成本增加，进而对本集团于中国大陆与东南亚生产基地的间的供应链及生产链造成不利影响;(ii)于报告年度内，品牌客户基于上述关税政策所带来的严峻成本压力、消费者需求转变及运动服制造业激烈竞争，与本集团就销售价格进行磋商时采取更为保守及审慎的态度，导致毛利率下降;及(iii)于报告年度内，人民币持续升值导致本集团于中国大陆的生产基地所产生的原材料采购成本及生产成本大幅增加。
