智通财经APP讯，中油燃气(00603)发布公告，于2026年5月，公司与山东融汇物产集团有限公司(山东融汇)订立战略合作协议，据此，依托公司附属公司济宁中泰煤化有限公司(中泰煤化)，合作构建上下游联动模式。山东融汇意向合作开展天然气液化生产相关业务，产出液化天然气产品用于供应山东融汇制造及运营的新能源LNG船舶使用。共同探索打造“生产-加注-应用”全链条天然气综合利用发展路径(该合作)。
该合作包括天然气液化合作、天然气等上游资源合作、大宗商品贸易合作、供应链金融合作、装备融资租赁合作、LNG 船舶销售及售后回租合作。双方将研究整合各自资源与管道网路，探讨搭建多元化气源通道的可行性，共同提升气源储备空间与市场抗风险能力，培育长远市场竞争优势。该合作亦将有效促进中泰煤化产能效率发挥，延伸产业链条，提高产业附加值，为山东省“气化运河”提供有力支持与卓越贡献，对公司优质高效发展具有长远意义。
