两位知情人士透露，宁德时代，拟参与国内人工智能企业DeepSeek的融资活动。此番投资落地之际，宁德时代正大力拓展业务，向人工智能数据中心售卖电力配套设备。

　　知情人士表示，DeepSeek首轮融资目标募资规模约500亿元人民币（折合73.5亿美元），最早下月便可完成募资交割。此前报道，本轮增资完成后，DeepSeek估值或将突破3500亿元人民币（折合514亿美元）。

　　相关人士称，京东、网易也正洽谈入股事宜，目前投资事宜尚未敲定。各方磋商仍在推进，投资金额、最终参投方等细节仍存在变动可能。

　　除车载动力电池业务外，宁德时代还为人工智能数据中心提供备用电源电池与储能系统。本月上旬，宁德时代关联企业宣布向国内数据中心运营商万国数据出资9.42亿美元开展战略投资。同时，宁德时代也入股了专攻数据中心供电系统研发的中恒电气。

　　针对市场相关传闻，宁德时代表示不予置评，京东同样未作出回应，DeepSeek与网易也暂未回应采访请求。
