丹诺医药-B(6872.HK)今日首日在港挂牌上市，盘初股价一度上涨154.29%，报192.5港元。据悉，该股在公开发售阶段获9,000倍超额认购，成为今年以来港股主板市场超购倍数第二高的新股。 面对日益严峻的全球抗菌药物耐药性挑战，丹诺医药聚焦于细菌感染及细菌代谢相关疾病领域，致力于发现、开发及商业化差异化的创新药产品，目前已临近商业化阶段。 招股书资料显示，丹诺医药构建了由七项创新项目组成的管线，其中利福特尼唑(TNP-2198)与利福喹酮(TNP-2092注射剂)作为两大核心产品，构成了公司商业化的双引擎。其中，利福特尼唑是自1982年发现幽门螺杆菌以来，全球首个且截至最后实际可行日期唯一治疗该细菌感染的新分子实体候选药物。其新药上市申请已于2025年8月获国家药监局受理，预计于2026年底获得批准。另一核心产品利福喹酮注射剂，是全球首个在临床可实现剂量下有望对生物膜感染有效的新分子实体候选药物，亦是目前唯一处于临床开发用于治疗人工关节感染的小分子候选药物。
