金吾财讯 | 埃尼集团(E)联合贝莱德(BLK)旗下全球基础设施合作伙伴公司，完成碳捕获业务重磅融资落地。双方合资的埃尼CCUS控股公司，成功获得13家国际贷款机构合计6.7亿美元融资，专项用于碳捕获、利用与封存项目平台建设，彰显国际金融市场对其低碳战略与项目落地能力的认可。
本次融资重点赋能英国利物浦湾CCS项目，该项目隶属于英国HyNet工业脱碳集群。项目依托利物浦湾海底枯竭天然气储层封存二氧化碳，规划产能梯度释放，第一阶段年封存能力达450万吨，2030年代有望扩容至千万吨级别，预计2028年正式投入运营，是埃尼集团低碳转型的核心标杆项目。
在深耕低碳赛道的同时，埃尼集团持续夯实传统清洁能源布局。公司官宣签署三项印尼液化天然气长期采购协议，气源来自其运营的库亭盆地天然气开发项目，年均新增供应规模达200万吨。
此次新增长协气量，将有效助力埃尼集团推进全球化LNG业务布局，支撑其2030年实现年度LNG合同供应量超2000万吨的战略目标，实现低碳转型与传统能源业务的协同稳健发展。
