智通财经APP讯，金宝通(00320)发布公告，预计公司截至2026年3月31日止(25至26财政年度)的股东应占溢利对比于去年同期股东应占溢利约9260万港元，将下降约70%至80%。股东应占溢利下降主要归因于：去年同期曾对利润产生正面影响的约1420万港元重大汇兑净收益不再出现;为应对不断演变的地缘政治风险，并配合集团及其客户的战略重点，集团已积极投资以加速业务及技术发展，同时扩展其海外制造据点。
上述因素与公司截至2025年9月30日止6个月的中期报告所披露者一致，并不构成新发展。虽然这些举措增加了短期营运开支并影响了盈利能力，但这些前瞻性举措涉及有计划地重新分配资源，以支持集团的可持续及长期增长。董事会认为，这些措施需要时间才能实现预期效益，并将为未来奠定坚实基础。
