　　该基金于2024年在NYSE Arca交易所上市，是一只主动管理型ETF，目前管理资产规模约为7312万美元，总费用率为0.99%。其核心策略为合成备兑认购期权策略，通过买入台积电看涨期权并卖出看跌期权来构建合成多头头寸，同时卖出看涨期权价差以获取期权费收入，并持有美国短期国债作为抵押品产生额外利息。该基金不直接投资于台积电股票，其投资目标是为投资者提供持续的每周收入，次要目标是与台积电股价变动保持一定程度的参与。

　　值得注意的是，该策略虽能产生稳定的每周收入流，但存在显著风险：基金的上行空间受到限制，而下跌风险则基本完全暴露。根据基金披露的数据，TSMY的年化分配率约为53.30%，30天SEC收益率为2.48%。过往派息中有相当比例可能来自本金返还，这会随时间推移降低基金的资产净值和交易价格，投资者需注意相关风险。
