5月22日，新股丹诺医药-B盘初股价涨幅扩大至130%，核心产品利福特尼唑有望年底获批。
公开资料显示，丹诺医药专注于细菌感染及细菌代谢相关疾病领域的创新药研发。目前，丹诺医药已建立由七项候选药物组成的管线，聚焦尚无或缺乏治疗手段的适应证领域。核心产品利福特尼唑（TNP-2198）是自1982年发现幽门螺杆菌以来，全球首个且唯一针对该细菌感染的新分子实体候选药物。丹诺医药已于2025年8月向国家药监局提交新药上市申请，该药物有望于2026年底获批。
另一款核心产品利福喹酮（TNP-2092注射剂），瞄准植入体相关细菌感染。招股书称，该产品是全球首个在临床可实现剂量下有望对生物膜感染有效的新分子实体候选药物。目前，该产品已向国家药监局及美国FDA提交III期多领域临床试验方案。
