据彭博社今日报道，埃隆·马斯克将SpaceX、xAI和X合并为集团企业后，已经带来了可观的意外之财：每年节省近10亿美元（现汇率约合68.11亿元人民币）的利息。
在SpaceX历史性IPO之前提交的监管文件显示，该公司从银行获得了200亿美元（现汇率约合1362.19亿元人民币）的过桥贷款，这是X公司和xAI人工智能公司用于偿还175亿美元（现汇率约合1191.92亿元人民币）高息垃圾债务的资金来源。
也就是说，马斯克利用优质资产（SpaceX）的低息融资，为高息资产（X和xAI）进行再融资或还款。
文件显示，截至2026年3月31日，这笔过桥贷款的实际利率为4.58%，远低于X和xAI所承担的垃圾债券和杠杆贷款的12.5%利率。据彭博社计算，综合来看，这一操作使马斯克公司每年承担的总利息成本大约减半，降至约9亿美元。
