中国经济网北京5月22日讯 南方都市报5月20日发布文章《胜诉难回款？长沙银行17.76亿元债权案后的新困局》。据长沙银行5月15日公告，被告深涛生活服务(广东)有限公司主动撤回上诉，广州中院此前作出的一审判决正式生效，长沙银行广州分行17.76亿元的债权在法律层面彻底确权。 报道指出，然而，法律程序的终点，并不意味着现金回流的起点。这笔巨额债权能否真正变现，仍是未知数。 南方都市报报道称，长沙银行的债权回收压力不止于此。该行年报显示，截至2025年末，其作为原告、未执结且诉讼标的超过1000万元的案件合计90件，涉案金额合计超83亿元。 (责任编辑：田云绯)
