默沙东于5月21日宣布，其与科伦博泰合作开发的抗体偶联药物sacituzumab tirumotecan联合Keytruda，在治疗非小细胞肺癌的III期研究中取得积极结果。受此消息提振，默沙东股价当日上涨逾3%。
研究数据显示，与Keytruda单药治疗相比，sac-TMT联合疗法可将患者的疾病进展或死亡风险显著降低65%。联合治疗组的客观缓解率达70.2%，而Keytruda单药组为42%。在总生存期方面，联合方案也呈现出获益趋势。
该研究是一项在中国开展的随机、开放标签、多中心III期临床试验，共纳入413例既往未经治疗的PD-L1阳性晚期非小细胞肺癌患者。研究达到了无进展生存期的主要终点，这是全球首个在肺癌一线治疗中取得成功的ADC联合免疫疗法III期研究。
sac-TMT是一款靶向TROP2的新型ADC药物，由科伦博泰发现并授权给默沙东在全球范围内共同开发。目前该联合疗法已在中国提交上市申请并获优先审评资格，详细数据将在2026年ASCO年会上公布。
