此外，刘敏琪女士自获委任为独立非执行董事之生效日期起，亦获委任为公司审核委员会及提名委员会的成员。梁炜泰先生自获委任为独立非执行董事之生效日期起，亦获委任为审核委员会的主席及薪酬委员会的成员。
