智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，5月21日，喜相逢集团(02473)股东将股票存入华富建业证券，存仓市值1.28亿港元，占比8.33%。
喜相逢集团公告，配售事项已根据配售及认购协议的条款及条件于2026年5月14日完成，配售代理按尽力基准成功按配售价每股配售股份0.82港元向不少于6名承配人配售合共1.55亿股配售股份。据董事经作出一切合理查询后所深知、尽悉及确信，承配人及其最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方。
由于完成先旧后新认购事项的所有条件已达成，本公司于2026年5月19日根据配售及认购协议的条款及条件按每股先旧后新认购股份0.82港元向卖方配发及发行1.55亿股先旧后新认购股份。
