新华社莫斯科5月21日电 俄罗斯外交部发言人扎哈罗娃21日表示，伊朗拥有依据《不扩散核武器条约》和平发展核能的固有权利，如何在铀浓缩和处理现有核材料等方面行使这一权利，只能由伊朗人民决定。
据俄外交部网站消息，扎哈罗娃当天在例行记者会上说，俄罗斯愿向伊朗和美国提供必要支持，以落实其在谈判中可能达成的解决方案。俄方相信，伊核问题只能依据国际法，在对伊朗合法权益予以应有考量的情况下，通过政治和外交途径解决。
扎哈罗娃说，军事打击伊朗违反国际法和国际关系基本准则，严重破坏中东地区稳定，并对国际诸多领域产生极为负面的影响。她表示，冲突各方须尽快恢复对话和谈判以防冲突区域扩大，国际社会应保持客观公正立场，推动紧张局势降级，共同维护国际关系基本准则。
美国总统特朗普21日在白宫对媒体说，伊朗必须交出其拥有的高丰度浓缩铀，美国拿到后很可能会将其销毁。据外媒21日援引伊朗消息人士的话报道，伊朗最高领袖穆杰塔巴·哈梅内伊已下达指令，要求该国浓缩铀库存不得运往国外。（完）
