智通财经APP讯，滴普科技(01384)发布公告，于2026年5月21日(联交所交易时段前)，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，本公司已有条件同意委聘配售代理及配售代理已有条件同意个别(但非共同或共同及个别)作为本公司代理，尽力促使不少于六名独立承配人认购794.2万股新H股，配售价为每股H股50.58港元。
配售股份占本公告日期已发行股份总数的约2.431%，且占经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股份总数的约2.374%(假设除配发及发行配售股份外，自本公告日期至交割日期本公司已发行股份并无发生变动)。配售事项项下配售股份的总面值将为人民币794.2万元。
配售价每股H股50.58港元，较2026年5月20日(即最后交易日)于联交所所报收市价每股H股63.05港元折让约19.78%。
假设所有配售股份均获悉数配售，配售事项的所得款项总额及所得款项净额(扣除佣金及估计开支后)预期分别为约4.017亿港元及约3.95亿港元。在此基础上，每股配售股份的净发行价将约为49.73港元。
