路透台北5月21日 - 台湾基隆地检署周四表示，包括游姓、王姓和陈姓被告三人将美超微电脑SMCI.O的高阶AI（人工智能）服务器销往中港澳以牟取暴利，涉及以不实之文件资料申报出口，因此向法院申请羁押禁见。
其指出，美超微电脑生产的高阶AI服务器，主要搭载辉达公司（Nvidia/英伟达）NVDA.O高阶芯片，为美国所严格管制，全面禁止销往中港澳地区。
基隆地检署称，游姓等三人将高阶服务器销往中港澳地区以牟取暴利，共同谋议在台湾购得服务器后，以不实之文件资料申报出口，因而涉犯刑法伪造文书等罪嫌一案。
基隆地检署周四针对被告游姓等三人住居所及相关公司等共12处执行搜索，查扣相关证物。检察官复讯后，认为被告犯罪嫌疑重大，并有逃亡、湮灭证据及勾串共犯、证人之虞，因此周四清晨向法院申请羁押禁见。（完）
