智通财经APP获悉，内房股走势疲软，截至发稿，金辉控股(09993)跌13.12%，报2.45港元；融信中国(03301)跌4.55%，报0.105港元；新城发展(01030)跌2.45%，报1.99港元。
消息面上，东方金诚指出，4月房地产投资端加速下行，房地产开发投资完成额同比降幅扩大至20.1%。同期房地产开发资金来源同比大幅下降21.9%，其中国内贷款、定金及预收款和个人按揭贷款同比降幅持续收窄，自筹资金同比降幅显著走扩。三项开工数据同比保持双位数下降，土地市场维持较低热度，二线城市仍为当月成交主力。该行认为，楼市长期趋势性回暖，仍有赖于持续的政策支持与市场信心修复。
