作为中国电信政企业务的重要收入来源，天翼云业务一直非常重要，然而截至今年2月底，集团旗下有5家省公司的云业务收入下滑非常严重，有几家还挺令人意外。

据了解，中国电信前2月天翼云业务收入下滑严重的5家省公司包括西藏电信、吉林电信、天津电信，还有一家中部大省公司以及一家西北地区省公司。

西藏电信、吉林电信以及天津电信本就是中国电信旗下规模很小的省公司，云业务发展不快也很正常。

不过，这家中部大省公司以及西北地区省公司则令人感到意外，按照其发展规模，天翼云业务发展应该不会下滑如此严重。

运营商财经网通信业务部主任刘庆表示，其实，当下运营商云业务发展的增速已逐步变缓，经过前几年的高速增长后，收入规模已大幅扩增，也就是基数变得很大，彼时继续保持高速增长，难度显然很大。

另外，政企客户的相关需求已逐步饱和，再加上互联网云厂商的激烈竞争，运营商云业务发展确实陷入很大的困境。但好在中国电信也并未因这5家省公司的拖后腿而影响集团整体云业务的发展，平均增速还是保持着正增长。
