新加坡淡马锡TEM.UL旗下于香港上市的集装箱制造商--胜狮货柜0716.HK周四复牌暴跌22%至0.46港元，为2023年8月以来最低。
美国司法部近日表示，美国已指控七名中国高管以及全球四大海运集装箱制造商合谋限制产量，在新冠疫情期间抬高集装箱价格；涉案高管之一、54岁的胜狮货柜企业有限公司市场总监马南庆（Vick Ma）已于4月在法国被捕。
胜狮货柜在联交所公告称，美国司法部提出的反垄断刑事指控，其中包括该公司、该公司主席兼首席行政总监张松声及集团一名员工；公司已就事件及其带来之潜在影响委任外部法律顾问，而集团业务运作维持正常。
