5月21日金融一线消息，中国平安公告称，公司 2026 年度长期服务计划已通过二级市场完成 H 股股票购买，累计购股 73，849，000 股，占总股本比例 0.408%，成交金额合计约 40.32 亿元，成交均价约 54.54 元 / 股。本次购股资金均来源于员工应付薪酬额度，自愿参与员工共 71，374 人。其中，董事及高级管理人员持股 1，859，757 股，占比 2.52%；其他员工持股 71，989，243 股，占比 97.48%。根据计划，参与人员从公司退休时方可申请权益归属，缴纳相关税费后最终获得权益。
