SpaceX公开提交首次公开募股（IPO）文件，使埃隆·马斯克旗下这家火箭、卫星和人工智能公司距离完成史上最大规模IPO又近一步。

　　根据周三向美国证券交易委员会提交的文件，这家正式名称为“Space Exploration Technologies Corp．”的企业选择在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“SPCX”。

　　知情人士此前表示，这家由全球首富掌舵的全球最大未上市公司，计划融资多达750亿美元，公司估值超过2万亿美元。
