BGT Group (SHE:300774) said debtor Ordos JinChengtai Chemical has been ordered into bankruptcy liquidation by an Inner Mongolia court, with the company declaring unpaid claims of 152.8 million yuan.
The amount includes 131.3 million yuan in principal and 21.5 million yuan in overdue interest related to water treatment contracts signed in 2018 and 2020.
Shares of the water treatment services provider closed 5% lower Thursday.
