ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，加密货币托管公司 Copper 正寻求以约 5 亿美元的估值出售公司，并已委托华尔街投行 Cantor Fitzgerald 协助推进交易。
Copper 的核心资产为 ClearLoop 托管内结算系统，支持机构客户在不将资产上链的情况下完成交付对付款（DvP），有效消除结算风险。该公司目前拥有逾 1000 个活跃交易对手，每月名义交易量超 500 亿美元。
Copper 此前曾考虑 IPO，但受比特币价格低迷及 AI 赛道吸金效应影响，加密 IPO 市场整体陷入观望。
