消息面上，SK海力士和三星电子积极扩张HBM产能。ASMPT TCB设备已被全球多家HBM头部大厂率先采购用于HBM4的量产，SK海力士在12层HBM3E的生产中向ASMPT下达了超过30台TCB的批量订单，并在最新的HBM4生产中，再次向ASMPT下单多台单价约40亿韩元的TCB设备，合计金额约300亿韩元。
华泰证券认为，公司业务在储存、C2W、CoPoS、硅光等领域多点开花，有望充分受益AI驱动的先进封装需求；SMT订单亮眼反映AI需求从先进封装向主流后道持续扩散，AI服务器、光模块领域需求成为SMT业务重要增长驱动。该行维持对其“买入”评级，目标价由146港元升至200港元。
