智通财经APP讯，紫元元(08223)发布公告，接获呈请后，本公司已积极与呈请人进行磋商，以期友好解决纠纷。本公司谨此就有关本公司与呈请人之间的和解安排提供最新进展。待呈请人的法律顾问拟备和解协议期间，本公司与呈请人将订立和解协议，据此，本公司将悉数偿还债务，而呈请人将随即撤回该呈请。
根据香港法例第32章《公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例》第182条，任何本公司财产的处置(包括据法权产)、任何股份转让或本公司股东地位的任何变更，若在清盘开始日期(即呈请提出日期(2026年4月29日))之后作出，根据香港法律将属无效，除非已取得高等法院的认可令。倘该呈请其后被撤回、撤销、驳回或获永久搁置，则于2026年4月29日或之后作出的任何处置将不受影响。本公司预期将于短期内与呈请人订立和解协议，而该呈请将于短时间内由呈请人撤回。由于申请认可令所需的处理时间将远较预期撤回呈请的时间为长，本公司认为现阶段向高等法院申请认可令并不恰当。
