优品360（02360）发布公告，公司现任核数师信永中和（香港）会计师事务所有限公司将于现有任期在公司应届股东周年大会结束时届满后退任公司核数师。经审核委员会建议，董事会已议决委任香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司为公司的新任核数师，以填补信永中和退任后出现的空缺，自股东周年大会结束时起生效，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止，有待股东于股东周年大会上批准及立信德豪完成客户接纳程序。
