楼百均先生(楼先生)退任独立非执行董事，并不再担任董事会审核委员会主席，以及董事会薪酬委员会及提名委员会(提名委员会)各自的成员。
郭永辉先生(郭先生)退任独立非执行董事，并不再担任提名委员会主席，以及审核委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员。
项林法先生(项先生)已获委任为执行董事。
贝洪俊女士(贝女士)已获委任为独立非执行董事，并已开始担任薪酬委员会主席，以及审核委员会及提名委员会各自的成员。
石建辉先生(石先生)已获委任为独立非执行董事，并已开始担任提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。
现任独立非执行董事余俊仙女士已开始担任审核委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员，并已不再担任薪酬委员会主席。
现任独立非执行董事卢志超先生已开始担任审核委员会成员。
