智通财经APP获悉，胜狮货柜(00716)复牌跌超11%，截至发稿，跌11.86%，报0.52港元，成交额1001.39万港元。
消息面上，5月20日晚，胜狮货柜发布公告称，注意到美国司法部公开宣布对若干集装箱制造公司及个别人士提出反垄断刑事指控，其中包括该集团、执行董事兼首席行政总监及主席张松声及集团一名员工，而该员工并非董事或高级管理人员。
公告指出，目前该集团及张松声均未获美国司法部就该事件提呈任何法律程序或送达其他法律文件。该集团指已就该事件及潜在影响委任外部法律顾问。董事会认为业务运作及日常活动于所有重大方面继续维持正常。
