5月27日消息，香港证监会突击搜查建银国际及中信建投国际办公室，并带走大批文件以及多部电子通讯设备，涉嫌从事与新股发行相关的违规行为。
目前监管部门具体针对哪些上市发行个案展开调查，外界尚不得而知。
事实上，香港证监会早于今年1月已警告投行切勿盲目追逐交易数量，并明确指出部分上市项目的招股准备文件存在严重缺失、保荐人涉嫌失当行为，且在资源管理上出现严重失误，已对香港资本市场的质素构成潜在威胁，更暂停16宗上市申请，同时要求保荐人进行内部检讨。
今年3月，香港证监会就曾突击搜查中信证券香港子公司及国泰君安国际，作为其打击内幕交易及贪腐行动的一部分。
而在监管趋严之际，香港IPO市场持续火热。据港交所数据，今年前4个月，共录得49宗新上市，同比增长1.58倍；集资总额达1514亿港元，同比暴增6.04倍。
近两年资料显示，由建银国际及中信建投国际任联席保荐人的项目仅2024年10月上市的华昊中天医药(02563.HK) ，当时该IPO项目募资2.33亿港元。
截至5月27日收盘，该股报4.05港元，较发行价16港元下跌近75%。
值得注意的是，今年华昊中天医药的审计师大信会计师事务所就其2025年财报发出保留意见，因该公司2024年底投资的500万美元非上市基金到期无法赎回。
虽然期后签署和解协议并认赔300万美元，但审计师指出无法就该笔坏账准备计提获取充分审计证据。
