路透海牙5月26日 - 荷兰政府一名部长周二表示，根据一项旨在遏制外国对电信服务控制的法律，荷兰云服务提供商Solvinity拟议出售给美国软件公司Kyndryl（KD.N）的交易将被阻止。
Solvinity托管着荷兰政府的DigiD个人身份认证系统，该国居民必须使用该系统联系政府服务，并访问其医疗、保险和税务档案等。
经济事务副部长威廉敏·阿德茨（Willemijn Aerdts）在致议会的信函中表示，负责此类裁决的政府机构认定，此次拟议的Solvinity收购案可能对公共利益构成风险。
议会此前曾担忧，若由Kyndryl完成收购，美国政府将能够获取Solvinity持有的所有信息。
