智通财经APP讯，吉盛集团控股(08133)发布公告，鉴于供股的条件未能达成，于2026年5月22日联交所交易时段后，配售代理与本公司已订立终止协议，相互同意即时终止配售协议。因此，配售协议已告终止，不再具有任何效力，且任何一方均毋须就配售协议向另一方承担任何责任。
基于上述情况，董事会已议决不会进行供股，且供股将告失效。于本公告日期，本公司并无根据供股发行任何证券。
董事会认为，上述终止事宜不会对本集团的业务营运或财务状况造成即时重大不利影响。本集团或会制订替代方案或修订原拟由供股所得款项资助的业务计划，并将于日后适时考虑筹资活动。
尽管供股及配售协议已告终止，建议股本重组将继续进行。董事会认为，股本重组将为本公司提供更大灵活性，以便于日后适时进行筹资活动及企业行动。
