金吾财讯 | 超市生鲜区超新鲜果汁品类的开创者和先驱 Buda Juice, Inc.(BUDA)周二宣布，公司普通股于2026年5月26日起在纽约证券交易所德克萨斯分行(NYSE Texas)挂牌实现双重上市。本次交易完成后，该公司将继续保留其在纽约证券交易所美国板(NYSE American)的主要上市地位。据介绍，作为德克萨斯州本土成长起来的企业，Buda Juice 此次双重上市具有极强的战略意义。公司最大的零售合作伙伴是总部位于圣安东尼奥、在德州超市格局中占据主导地位的杂货巨头，且所有产品均在其位于达拉斯的专属设施中制造。Buda Juice 联合创始人兼首席执行官霍拉肖·朗斯代尔-汉兹(Horatio Lonsdale-Hands)对此评论道：“在纽交所德州分部上市是对布达果汁发源地的致敬。即使我们将这个品牌推向更大的全国舞台，我们也从未忘记我们的根。”纽约证券交易所德州分部于2025年3月正式成立，是由洲际交易所(ICE)运营的创新交易平台。德克萨斯州目前拥有总市值超过3.9万亿美元的庞大上市公司群体。根据交易所规则，符合条件的公司可以在不增加额外费用的情况下在纽交所德州分行进行双重上市，有助于 Buda Juice 在不增加财务负担的前提下，进一步提高其在德州本地机构和散户投资者中的知名度。
