智通财经APP讯，阿尔法企业(00948)发布公告，于2026年5月28日，附属公司深圳市阿尔法商业管理、深圳市华盾及智合咨询签立合营企业公司的公司章程，目的为于中国成立合营企业公司，其将主要从事提供电梯安装、维修及保养服务，而附属公司将向合营企业公司出资人民币 1700万元(相等于约 1963.5万港元)。
本集团主要从事奶类产品业务;及提供仓储物流服务及清洁服务。其自2025年9月推出自营清洁服务业务，以此成为进军综合设施管理服务领域的战略切入点。由于合营企业公司将主要从事提供电梯安装、维修及保养服务，董事相信成立合营企业公司将有助本集团在设施管理服务领域建立市场地位，为本集团带来额外收入并提供多元化收入来源。
