智通财经APP讯，瑛泰医疗(01501)发布公告，内容有关根据本公司与堃博医疗控股有限公司(堃博医疗，股份代号：2216)所订立日期为2025年10月10日的认购协议认购9109.36万股堃博医疗新股份，认购价为每股认购股份3.11港元，总代价为2.83亿港元。于2026年5月26日，本公司与堃博医疗订立终止协议，据此，双方一致同意终止认购协议及其项下拟进行的交易。根据终止协议，认购协议项下的所有义务及责任悉数且不可撤销地解除(各项认购协议项下的保密责任除外)，双方就此概无任何相互申索的权利(各项认购协议项下的保密责任除外)。于本公告日期，本公司尚未根据认购协议向堃博医疗支付任何代价。
