智通财经APP讯，中国水业集团(01129)发布公告，有关已提出将公司清盘的呈请，继2026年5月27日对呈请展开聆讯后，法院颁令(其中包括)将呈请的聆讯押后至2026年6月8日，在香港高等法院公司法官席前进行。
于本公告日期，法院并无颁布清盘令以将公司清盘。如该等公告所披露，公司目前正与呈请人就清偿应付呈请人的未偿还款项进行友好磋商，并将积极与支持债权人寻求任何可能的清偿计划。公司将尽力与呈请人及该等支持债权人保持主动、良好的沟通，并在对其他债权人公平的原则下，与呈请人及该等支持债权人友善协商，妥善处理问题(包括将努力促使呈请尽快被撤回)。
