智通财经APP获悉，总部位于爱达荷州、旗下拥有矿业项目的开发阶段矿业公司Sunshine Silver Mining&Refining于周二公布了其IPO发行条款。公司计划以13.50至16.50美元的价格区间，发行2000万股股份，募资3亿美元。按拟定价格区间的中值计算，Sunshine Silver Mining&Refining的完全摊薄后市值将达到23亿美元。
Sunshine Silver Mining&Refining拥有并正在开发位于凯洛格的Sunshine银矿及相关精炼设施。该银矿曾有生产历史，伴生矿产包括锑、铜和铅。公司正专注于维护矿场并对其进行现代化改造，从而为计划重启采矿、选矿及精炼业务做准备。该矿目前处于维护保养状态，目标于2028年重启运营。
Sunshine Silver Mining&Refining成立于2010年，计划以股票代码“SSMR”在纽约证券交易所上市。摩根士丹利、加拿大丰业资本、蒙特利尔银行资本市场、加通贝祥、花旗集团和加拿大皇家银行资本市场为本次发行的联席簿记管理人。本次IPO预计将于2026年6月1日当周定价。
