中国经济网北京5月25日讯 嘉晨智能(920096.BJ)今日收报66.56元，跌幅13.56%。嘉晨智能股价盘中最低至65.81元，创上市以来新低。 嘉晨智能2026年5月18日在北交所上市。嘉晨智能本次在北交所发行数量1,800.00万股，发行价格为14.43元/股，保荐机构(主承销商)是中国国际金融股份有限公司，保荐代表人是杨曦、魏德俊。 嘉晨智能募集资金总额为25,974.00万元，募集资金净额为22,090.38万元。公司本次发行费用总额为3,883.62万元，其中：保荐费用350.00万元；承销费用2,242.21万元。 公司最终募集资金净额比原计划少3,927.25万元。嘉晨智能2026年4月29日发布的招股说明书显示，公司拟募集资金26,017.63万元，用于电气控制系统生产基地建设项目、研发中心建设项目。 (责任编辑：徐自立)
