消息面上，近日，据映恩生物-B官微消息，公司宣布，与BioNTech SE(BNTX.US)合作开发的靶向B7-H3的抗体偶联药物(ADC)DB-1311/BNT324用于治疗未接受过紫杉烷类化疗的转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌(mCRPC)患者的全球Ⅲ期关键性注册临床研究已顺利完成全球首例患者入组给药。
该研究基于一项正在进行的Ⅰ/Ⅱ期临床试验数据支持。该试验129例经多线治疗的晚期mCRPC患者结果显示， DB-1311/BNT324具有积极的抗肿瘤活性与可控的安全性特征，相关数据已在2026年美国临床肿瘤学会泌尿生殖系统肿瘤研讨会(ASCO GU)上公布。
2026年5月12日，映恩生物行使独家选择权，参与分摊DB-1311/BNT324在美国地区的研发成本，并共享该药物商业化运营产生的盈亏收益。
