智通财经APP讯，晶泰控股(02228)公布，集团与DoveTree的合作进展理想，部分商业价值潜力广阔的管线研发数据表现优异，其中一个泛癌种驱动高价值资产已率先进入临床申请前准备(IND-enabling)研究阶段，在初步生物学活性验证中展现出明确的靶点干预效应和优异的选择性窗口。于本公告日期，集团已收到最终协议项下约定的第二笔付款1,900万美元，双方将进一步在约定的难成药靶点领域深度合作，推动包括分子胶在内的研发工作，持续加速候选药物实现临床转化。
据悉，于2025年6月底，深圳晶泰与DoveTree订立了最终协议。据之，集团将利用其基于“AI+机器人”的端到端人工智能药物发现平台，为DoveTree选定的多个主要针对肿瘤学、免疫及炎症疾病、神经系统疾病及代谢失调领域的靶点，发现和开发候选药物，及DoveTree将获得以上产品全球范围的独家开发和商业化权利。于2025年8月，集团已收到最终协议项下约定的5,100万美元的首付款。
