智通财经APP讯，富力地产(02777)发布公告，于2026年5月26日，本公司、卖方(本公司的全资附属公司)、买方和新鸿基地产(中国)订立该协议。卖方同意出售，而买方同意购买销售权益(相当于目标公司广州市富景房地产33.34%的股本权益)，代价为人民币1.6亿元(可予调整)。
目标公司主要从事持有、经营及管理目标物业。于完成后，本集团将不再持有目标公司任何权益。
目标公司现主要资产为位于广州市天河区的天汇广场(IGC商场)、广州康莱德酒店及相关地下停车位(即目标物业)，目标公司持有、经营及管理目标物业。
目标物业所在项目为位于广州珠江新城中央商务区的大型综合项目，毗邻地铁5号线猎德站，总建筑面积约为459,540平方米。
目标公司为本公司、合景泰富及新鸿基地产(中国)的合营企业。考虑到本集团的现时财务状况，董事认为出售事项将解决与目标公司及/或目标物业相关未决税务问题，并为本集团提供完整的煺出方案，并有助于本集团优化资源配置，并为其营运提供财务资源。
