FIH Mobile (HKG:2038) granted nearly 1.4 million award shares to certain employees under an incentive scheme, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The shares represent roughly 0.174% of the mobile phone manufacturer's total issued share capital.
The firm now has nearly 55.3 million shares available for future grant under the scheme mandate limit.
