　　她补充道：“但董事会发现了无法接受的监管疏漏与行为问题，对此深感意外与失望，并已果断采取处置措施。”

　　受此番人事变动消息冲击，英国石油伦敦上市股价最新下跌 9%。

　　英国石油同时宣布，即刻任命伊恩・泰勒担任临时董事长，并启动正式董事长的遴选交接工作。

　　伊恩・泰勒称：“董事会与管理团队坚定认同公司既定战略方向，目前正全力推进战略落地。”

　　他还表示：“英国石油始终保持稳健的核心运营表现，严守财务纪律，一切举措均为提升股东价值与投资回报。”
