金吾财讯 | 知名工程咨询与项目管理巨头Jacobs(J)周二宣布，其与加拿大斯泰泰克(Stantec)组建的合资企业，已被澳大利亚大西部水务公司(Greater Western Water)正式任命为工程服务合作伙伴。该合资企业将承担未来五年内的一系列基础设施规划与交付项目，重点支持墨尔本西部这一全澳人口增长最快区域的关键水利设施扩建。据介绍，这项为期五年的服务合同将深度融入大西部水务公司未来十年的资本投资蓝图，采用全新的全流程一体化交付模式，旨在打破传统承建商的壁垒、提升协作效率。Jacobs与Stantec联合体将负责包括供水网络、污水管网、污水处理厂以及水坝在内的方案评估、功能设计与详细设计。此外，服务范围还延伸至地下水与地表水评估、排放水质分析、施工阶段支持、污染土地调查以及工程标准的制定。除硬核基建外，该项目还包含社会采购倡议、加强与澳大利亚原住民企业的合作，以及为当地求职者和毕业生提供就业培训渠道。大西部水务公司资产规划与交付总经理伊恩·伯顿(Ian Burton)表示：“本轮合作将为我们的整个服务区域注入强大的工程专业知识，以确保我们能持续提供安全、连贯且具韧性的给排水服务。”从Jacobs的战略版图来看，此次中标进一步巩固了其作为全球高端水利基建龙头(被ENR评为全球项目管理第二名)的优势。
