金吾财讯 | Cheniere Partners(CQP)周二宣布，在市场及其他条件允许的情况下，计划发行两笔高级优先票据，将分别于2036年和2056年到期。据公司披露，本次发行募集的资金将用于合伙企业的一般企业用途。其中包括对合伙企业及其子公司(包括 Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC)的现有债务进行偿还、再融资或赎回(特别是针对2027年到期、票面利率为5.00%的高级担保票据)。此外，部分资金还将投向未来的资本支出、营运资金以及其他商业潜在机会。在清偿顺序方面，本次拟发行的票据属于高级无担保债权，与 Cheniere Partners 现有的一系列高级票据(包括将于2029年至2035年期间分别到期的各期高级票据)享有同等的受偿权利。
